It is quite complex, from the reservations ledger, to know if there is enough available seats to accept an additional reservation at a given time. Click N Reserve will make your life much easier through an availability ledger. Based on business rules (or operating rules) that you have declared, we calculate the number of seats available for every 15 minutes over a period of 6 months. This is done for every meal and every section of your restaurant. Each time a reservation is entered in Click N Reserve, the number of available seats is adjusted accordingly.

In viewing your availability ledger, you can now maximize the number of seats available to you.
