What is Click N Reserve?
Click N Reserve is a web based online reservation system where restaurant owners and customers can benefit from a fast and reliable way of making and managing reservations.
I am a consumer. Why do I have to register?
Click N Reserve wants to keep on file a minimum set of information on its members so they can make reservations faster (no need to re-enter your info each time you use the service), so that we can remind you (through email) of your reservation ahead of time, and also to keep you inform on a regular basis of news in the restaurant business, as well as new addition to our list of restaurants available on Click N resserve.
Is the information that I provide secure?
Yes the information you provide is safe with Click N Reserve and we will NEVER disclose your information to a third party without your consents, as stated in our terms of use.
I am a restaurant owner. What do I need to get started?
You simply need a computer, an internet connection and an email address. You do not need to download and install a software nor do you need a website. Your reservations can be seen and managed directly from Click N Reserve's website. Ideally, the computer would be located at the entrance of the restaurant where the paper reservation book would typically be located. At the beginning, having the computer in the office would work well too. You can print your reservations book whenever it is required and work from a hard copy.
How much does it cost to join Click N Reserve?
Free for consumers. For a monthly cost, restaurant owners can manage their reservations book online as well as making their restaurant accessible online to thousands of potential customers for real time reservation. And all of this 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. Restaurant owners should check our pricing page.
How much time ahead of the desired reservation time can I make a reservation?
At this time, you can book up to 180 days in advanced.
How can I be sure that Click N Reserve has accepted my reservation ?
In addition to updating our database with your new reservation, an email containing a confirmation number will be sent to you and the restaurant owner. It is recommended (but not mandatory) that you bring your confirmation with you when going to the restaurant.
Can I change my reservation after it has been confirmed?
Absolutely! Simply access the "Reservations Ledger" page and click on the "edit" link on the right hand side of screen. Enter your new information and click on the save button. Simple eh?
Can I cancel a reservation?
You sure can! Proceed the same way than for changing a reservation, with the exception that you would click "delete" link. You will then be asked to confirm the deletion.
That's nice....But that's very hard to change or cancel a reservation when I am on the road and don't have access to an internet connection. Is there another way of changing/cancelling a reservation?
Simply call the restaurant, tell them that you have reserved through Clik N Reserve and they will do it for you.
What kind of search can I do?
You can do all kinds of search. You can get a list of all restaurant by clicking the link "view all restaurants" and use the filtering option at the top of the list. You can also access the "search" option", which let you search availability at a specific point in time. Finally, using the "advanced search" option will let specify additional criteria such as restaurant name, retaurant type, price range, etc.
