By accepting these terms of use, the restaurant owners agree that general information related to their restaurant, namely the attributes, hours of operations and related exceptions, the opening and closing dates of patio and/or season, should that be the case, their phone number and business address, or any other information allowing consumers to better understand the services offered by the restaurant, be provided to the consumers while using the service.

The Service is free for consumers.
The cost of the service is published on the Click N Reserve website and may be subject to change from time to time. Upon registration, the rate published will apply. After registration, restaurant owners will be informed of any changes in the cost of the service at least 1 month prior to the new rate taking effect.
In the event that a registration has been made following a promotion, the cost of the service will be the cost advertised during the promotion campaign and will be in effect for the period advertised during the campaign. At the end of the period advertised, regular rate, as stated on the Click N Reserve website will automatically become in effect, without further notice.
In the event of a partial month (for example, the month of registration, cancellation or account reactivation) the cost for that month will be pro-rated for each day, full or partial, where the service was rendered.
In the event that an annual membership is cancelled, the months for which the service was provided will be calculated at the monthly rate in effect on the day of cancellation and the total amount of these monthly fees will be deducted from the annual membership amount paid by the restaurant owner at the time of membership purchase. Any credit resulting from this calculation will be reimbursed to the restaurant owner.
You agree to pay any amount you owe Click N Reserve within 30 days following the end of the month in which the service has been rendered. Failure to comply with this policy may result in your account being suspended.
In the event of an account suspension for non-payment, a fee of $250 for account reactivation will apply and be added to your outstanding balance. Payment of this new outstanding balance must be made in full prior to your account being reactivated.
You can cancel your account any time by sending an email to admin@clicknreserve.com. The charge for month of the cancellation will be pro-rated and shall be paid within 30 days of the cancellation notification.
